More than likely it was her agent (whoever she's signed by). Not necessarily Disney. As a radio DJ, interviewing "celebrities" is not exactly as much fun as it sounds. There are certain things you can and cannot ask and in some cases (as you mentioned) there's a full-blown script.

There are some publicists and agents that take the questions a little too tightly and should really loosen up when letting the "celebrity" answer. Most of the time it's done through a 3-way call.
