Just got this link from a girlfriend; how totally sweet! Boxers are amazingly protective and gentle dogs from what I've heard. My kid stayed over a friend's house once and the friend's Boxer checked on the whole family, room by room, at bedtime. Awesome!

Boxers are excellent family dogs! I have a 3 yr. old neut. male "Dozer". He's awesome w/ everyone, he sleeps w/ my daughter everynight. My toddler would jump on him when he was sound asleep & all he would do is raise his head & give her a disgusted look. Never has threatened to bite anyone! I can't say enough about the breed, I will always own a boxer :)
