You can not determine where the fat in your body goes. Her body fat went into the places that they wanted top go on her. So if you think that by doing the exact same thing she did is going to get you her body your confused. Just excersise, and eat healthy. I enjoyed this vid. You should really try ground turkey. I have been substituting ground turkey for ground beef for years. The only time will use ground beef is for a meatloaf or I will do half & half.

Thank you for replying too, such a sweet lady!: You can't control how fat is distributed on your body but you CAN control how muscle is built and distributed. I'm not trying to talk you against getting plastic surgery. But building muscles is free and it has more benefits overall (health and cosmetically).

@b3autiphulmokha I don't have a set number of times that I eat in a day. I just eat when I'm hungry. That could be 2 times a day or it can be 5 times a day.

I don't think I'm lactose, just allergic to milk fat so I drink the lactaid, the one with the purple top, fat free with calcium.. Taste like regular milk to me... And ground turkey and turkey bacon taste good!m
i even "grease" the cake pan with the apple sauce. altho that makes the edges of it "slimey", and i know that would turn most people off. but i don't mind, cuz it reduces the oil even further. and its just sauce, not slime. 8)
Buffie, you should try replacing the oil in your cake (and maybe cookies and other things) with apple sauce. it makes pretty much fat free cakes! at first it doesn't seem as good (altho not bad), but after you get used to it, the same recipe with oil will probably feel greasy/heavy.

Hi Buffie, my family has been eating ground turkey for a long time. The one thing I tell people that are just starting off is to be sure to season it well. Not just salt, but build your flavor with other herbs and spices.

Buffy you have to try Asparagus! Its really good. The key to cooking it is to not overcook it. Cut the ends, toss in a tsp of butter, black pepper, sea salt, cook it until it's al-dente. Its great with Salmon and wild rice!

Hi Buffy, you should try Blue Diamond's almond milk (original). It has the same consistency as whole cow's milk. It has no saturated fat or cholesterol. Rice milk just tastes like cloudy water. Btw, water is the most inexpensive thing that you can consume and it is awesome for your body. It flushes the toxins from your system. Hence the great skin.

Body size is controlled by calorie intake mostly I think, so working out the perfect balance is key.

Hi Buffy, you should try Blue Diamond's almond milk (original). It has the same consistency as whole cow's milk. It has no saturated fat or cholesterol. Rice milk just tastes like cloudy water. Btw, water is the most inexpensive thing that you can consume and it is awesome for your body. It flushes the toxins from your system. Hence the great skin.

Asparagus is pretty good. Steamed with butter or pan seared in peanut oil with salt peppers great too.

what type of thigs were you eating when you were in your high calorie diet when u were trying to gain weight?Did u eat everything or just healthy fats?
