Well it wouldtn be the cleanest would it. Look at what we've got living here. People with no ties or interest in a country and taught to hate everything it stands for will hardly take a pride in its appearance. Compare this so called modern underground to that being shown on some of the old 60s footage.

Then see if things dont speak for themselves.

for some reason this reminds me of shanghai metro line 2 when i just sqish in thu the door lol i almost got sqished to death and line 1 too there is also a theirory that a man got stuck between the safty gates and a line 1 trane and hhe got killed
