This particular video was taken in 2009 and I can say that we've been very fortunate to work with a local babywearing expert who has been able to educate not only me but my participants each session on safe and proper babywearing techniques and positioning.
Tons of fun! But I would strongly encourage the instructor to become educated on carriers that are more supportive for both moms and babies! The carriers in the video (with the exception of the wrap, the sling, and the Ergo I saw) put babies' hips and backs in a bad position. The straps are usually not very wide, either, making is less comfy for the mom!
