@flipflopip Totally disagree! I own both the TZ20 and the TZ7. The TZ7 is way superior for concerts, even though it's two years older. The TZ10 is better video-wise, but worse sound-wise. So my advise: TZ7.

@SteelCity48 Actually, the London O2 Arena is great for all-day queueing as it's under cover and there are places to buy food and drink from and toilets to use. I've queued all day outside with far less but have always managed to find a toilet somewhere! lol! So long as you're with friends you just save each other's places in the queue as you each go off to eat, drink and use the toilet!

@Alpeche21 Yes, my friends and I queued from 9am at the O2 Arena ;-) Go with a friend then take it in turns to go to the loo, get food etc, there are plenty of places to eat and drink. The great thing about the O2 is that you're indoors, undercover. It may not be really warm but at least you're out of the wind and dry!

@assassinofcydonia It is a fantastic gig camera! Not too big, 12X optical zoom and amazing audio capture! There's a new model out now, the Panasonic TZ10. Looks to have all the same features and more. I'd hunt around or some examples of it's audio capture before buying though, just in case it's not as good as that of the TZ7. Just bear in mind the TZ7 will very soon be hard to get hold of due to the new model coming out.

If you do a search on You Tube for 'Helsinki Jam' you won't find many which sound better than mine, or anyone else's who used the same camera as me ;-)

None of the cameras I've had before have been able to cope with the bass from the barrier at Muse gigs, even though they were good cameras in their range.
