I can understand thinking Mikuru is a cliche/weak-person/fanservice character (in other words, MOE) but to say "I've seen other like her but she's the worst" is redundant. Mikuru is SUPPOSED to be overly Moe, so much so, that she's literally a parody of moe characters. In other words, she isn't all that cuz shes a bad moe character, she's all those things cuz her existence is meant to MAKE FUN of Moe characters. So if you really like moe, you'd love her. if you hate it, you should find her funy
