The number 3 pays homage to the fact that he got to race in the sprint cup solely because of dale not because it's his car. If that's the case dale had cars prepared 11 years ahead of time? I don't think so. He leaves the 3 on there because the fans would be pissed if he took it off. And because dale is the reason he can even race in the sprint cup.

lol @ the people saying harvick was racing dale's car. ever since the start of the 2003 season, where they changed the body style on the monte carlo it has been harvick's car. the ones before that were dale's car. but im still kinda frustrated that mark didnt win this race. he couldnt catch a break, almost won this race, came close to winning a championship in 09. i think the caution shoulda came out in this race but nascar tried to put on a show for the fans. i think fans rather mark win tho.

It's either a 43 car parking lot where it takes 10 cars in a draft to pass the leader or the 2 car draft that everyone is bitchin and moaning about.
