@boogalice Absolutely I did. The camera takes on macro-lens similar attributes when pushed toward super-close focus.

it's awesome what kind of adapter did you use? can you give a name?

@shyland20 There is no adapter, this is the stock lens.

I manipulated the zoom and manual focus to achieve the effects. Slight color correction and contrast shift were performed as well.

that looks really good, I've noticed that HD Camcorders seem to give a much more cinematic effect than regular DV camcorders. Also, If you carry it on a folded up tripod, you get a much steadier result
