His name is Ian Kirkham...not unusual for a Sax player to play all of them! If you are a talented wooodwind musician...you can play them allll. Chances are he also plays piano....and when you play piano you know both scales and can figure it all out! Ian Kirkham...still playing with Mick today!!!
