Actually it is, even when intact the hymen still has an opening oterwise a woman wouldn't be able to menstrate and wether the hymen is intact or not has nothing to do with virginity anyway, tthe hymen can be broken in many ways, insertion of a tampon or even vigorus exercise, so yes a woman can become pregnant even is she's a virgin.
