Pilot's are human, therefore as prone to screw up as the rest of us! Perhaps even easier as they do the same thing in the same way every time, until it's a habit that you pay no attention to...that's usually when things get off the track!!Watched apilot do a loop, he thought he too close to the ground when pulling out, failed to go full throttle and nosed into the ground, and died...ONLY full throttle would have pulled it out!
