Honestly, it's an awful phone!

Ive had this on contract for 24 months, sent it for repair twice and had to get 3 new ones claiming on the insurance i had on it, it broke so many times!

If you get it, gets insurance. But i wouldnt suggest getting it.

This phone is dogshit, totally unresponsive and turns itself off when it feels like it ,making phone calls and sending text messages is a fucking chore, no offence against LG they do some good stuff (3D tvs are ace!).

i have this phone. I love it. it takes excellent pictures. Video cam is ok but I got this phone for its ability to take awesome pictures. I am a designer and work for film/theatre/art/architecture. Navigation might be slow sometimes and typing texts might be annoying but the features and camera abilities are perfect for what I do. I had an Iphone 3g, this one is way better.

This one!! HTC diamond 2, my nana brought, she hates it, it is werid to use and the key pad for messaging is really small. When your in the homescreen, when you try and go up and down the list it goes into the first thing your finger touches. LG GC900 is way better! :)

why does the LG KU990 Viewty have a xenon flash and an autofocus light, yet this does not? ive noticed many new camphones lack the autofocus light. Is there a particular reason for this?

the ku990 camera is 5 megs so it needs the xenon and autofocus light to take better pictures. But the xenon flash takes too much power from the battery. This new version of the Viewty has a way better camera capabilities: 8megs. It does not need the xenon flash. The LED flash does not take too much power and is good enough flash power to take awesome pics!

hey! i have the LG KM900 (flagshig s-class model), and the software cd is one of the mini ones, it doesnt fit into my mac cd drive, so unless you have one of the poppy out disk drives, it might not fit in :(

I just got the Viewty for christmas, and to be honest, Its the best phone i have ever come across.

The graphics are AMAZING, and the camera is better then my digital camera wich is 8 Mega Pixels also.

It is ALOT like the Iphone, but is a lot better than it.

As for the Arena, I have no clue. All i know is that Viewty has impressed me.

The only down fall the the Viewty smart is that its very hard to figure out.

Arena has 5mp camera with standard flash, viewty smart has 8mp with xenon flash.

also the Arena tends to freeze up a lot :S

it's cheaper now..really worth it..the 5530 is supposed to be the cheaper version and less functions but since the 5800 is cheaper now, you should get that..nokia phones always lasts long :)
