  • Given America's resources, it seems to me that s prison should be built with larger cells, and inmates given "yard time" with other inmates--and not in oversize dog kennels.

  • I find it strange that there are some individuals who feel great pain at being alone, yet there are others who choose to be hermits. I think having a strong imagination would be necessary to survive in there. Are they allowed books or pencils/paper? Writing, drawing etc. could take the edge off the pain.

  • There's people in rural parts of the world who have not committed a crime that don't have 3 meals a day and a roof over their heads. I don't feel sorry for them

  • wow

  • They danced and now they pay the fiddler.

  • it made me cry

  • Their punishment reflects their deeds. Why not state what these evil men did to deserve such a crime? They talk to the camera as though they don't deserve this...

  • I have been locked up in the hole and it is fucked up. I have also been in the regular units and its not as fucked up as being alone. Just imagine 23 hours locked in your room without many of the things you have at home. Maybe just a few books. But how many of you like to read 23 hours a day?

  • @BigMrJuarez

do thye allow doctors to see you? what if u refuse to eat as a protast?

  • @29Essan You can see a doctor if you are injured or have a medical problem. If you don't eat they will probably force feed you or something. I was only in there for a few weeks. It really affects your mind.

  • @BigMrJuarez

im sorry to hear that, it sucks why were you in prison if you dont mind me asking? what if you refuse to come out for the stupid one hour they give you, what will happen? personaly i dont support this kind of punisment nor the death p.

  • @29Essan I was in there cuz i beat up this dude. Dude was on my front yard starting shit but i know i shouldn't have beat him. Anyway, he okay and i did my time. If you don't want to come out of cell you just have to wait until next day if you want to come out. It's not mandatory that you come out. The only times i didn't come out is when i was really sleepy and just didn't feel like showering or be in the little exercise yard.

  • @29Essan

i heard that different states are giving imates in confinement a loaf for a meal, it serves as addtional punishment. is that true? did you eat that too?

  • @29Essan yes this is true it is called management loaf all together it is the days vegis, meats, etc blended together then formed into a loaf. they only do this type of meal if you refuse to eat or if you are on suicide watch

  • @MrCrash1488

i read about it and they it stinks and does not taste like anything, so they make the person who refuse to eat good food, eat a stinky loaf? that does not slove anything. jails are not meant to help people , that is why many end up back in them and cause overcrowding. what do you think? :)

  • @BigMrJuarez i was in there for 18 months it will tear you down as a man the movie doesnt even show you how you are trated by the gaurds while you are there im not suicidal but within my stay there i attempted it at least 8 times

  • i've never been to prison, but i can relate to how they feel.

  • they tried this a century ago and it drove people insane. By the time they get out they are animals. First thing i'd do is find the warden and murder his family in revenge for what they did to me.

  • @ChannelingusXIV i think ur crazy, these people chose to do what they did. they know the punishment and they still did it. the prisoners of the justice system are convicted felons, not some innocent people walking around. stop feeling bad for them! they chose there actions, if they didnt, then they would be in a special hospital.

  • @live2ride153 Why is innocence deserving of empathy, and corruption undeserving. Isn't suffering the same for everyone.

  • fuck u pop tarts that girl sux anyways

  • Prisons are nothing but Illuminati Jew-run torture houses.....

  • @Peyton2332 You're right, the prison system is racist.

  • @thatswhatisaidyeah And how is it racist?

  • @Peyton2332 We have internet nowadays. Just go to google, and type in keys words like: racist prison system, prisons target minorities, prison slave labor, unbalanced racial numbers in prison, etc. You will see info saying that there is nothing wrong with prisons, and you will find things to illustrate that prisons are torture/conditioning houses geared toward minority communities. Do your research, and come up with own conclusions. You will see the evidence behind my reasoning...

  • @thatswhatisaidyeah Thats too long to read i hav better things to do with my time

  • @Peyton2332 Well bye bitch. Don't ask a question if you don't want an answer.

  • Whaaa!!! I'm a convicted criminal and I'm whining like a bitch about treatment that I completely deserve! Whaaa!!!

  • that cop said "even if they just been here a COUPLE YEARS u can just see their mentality just going down " he should try being there for a couple days see how he feels...

  • @kgakarilla stop being so stupid! that is the whole point is to feel regret for what u did!! take responsibility for your actions for once america!

  • oh big deal. These ppl are in jail for horrible crimes and they deserve what they get. If they kill someone, they should get fun times? I think not

  • @fairy20tails you need jesus

  • @fate241 no I think THEY need jesus. Because they would not be in jail for stealing, murder etc We are all responsible for our own choices, and their choices got them a prison sentance

  • @fairy20tails true but it doesnt mean they shouldn't have any love and support from another human being...that shouldn't be the end of it..trust me they know wat they did...these people came from the dark side of the world and all they need, desperately, is a helping hand who can lead them to the light and become better.fact of the matter, is they are human just like us..we shouldnt punish them forever b/c of the choices they made regardless how bad it is...prison is a whole new world..horrible

  • @fate241 they should not get special treatment of any kind. Thats my opinion and nothing will change my mind. Many prisoners return to jail for repeating the same crimes, so clearly they are not learning anything

  • @fairy20tails Exactly so whats the point of putting them in there in the first place? Just to "hurt" them back? How is that motivation any different than the rapist who rapes because he had an abusive mother? Rhetorical questions. More effective techniques should be employed in the re-education of prisoners rather than the same barbaric methods that you are clearly aware are ineffective. If the goal of prison isn't re-education/behavioral modification then no point in even releasing criminals.

  • @fate241 lets say one day you come home and want to relax. u c your children were brutally murdered, ur wife raped and drugged to the point of a sezure, and then someone says, "I want that murderer 2 know that i am here 4 them, and that they are sorry he has to spend the rest of his life in a jail cell with a union behind his every move, and free helthcare and food and books and tv and..." do u get the point? what about the victims? know 1 cares about them, this is why our country is messed up.

  • @live2ride153 Suffering is relative, it can not be quantified. That being said, everyone cares about the victims, this is why our country is so wonderful. Unless you meant that the victims desire to cause suffering to another human being should be satisfied. Which is very similar to the criminals desires themselves.

  • @fairy20tails Stfu Dont Talk

  • @Hillslayer2 Im pretty sure you will feel completly diff if you had a relative raped and murdered, and their killer gets to have fun in jail.

  • @fairy20tails exactly couldn't have said it better .......

  • @fairy20tails But if that were to happen to me I wouldn't be in the right frame of mind. I'd be an emotional mess, so of course I'd want them to suffer, but that doesn't mean it's right.

  • @mavs2147 And how are they suffering? They get free food, free place to stay, tv, free time, gym time, visitation...big deal if they have to share a room with a few other guys adn they dont get to do whatever they want whenever they want. They should have thought before they broke the law

  • @fairy20tails I'm talking specifically about prisoners who are put in solitary, for years at a time. I agree that they should be put in jail but solitary confinement IS torture.

  • @mavs2147 These people killed, raped, or robbed at knife or gun point. What do you expect? Honestly, I would rather they be physically tortured and learn a real lesson.

  • @live2ride153 Problem is they obviously are not "learning a real lesson" merely shattering under or enduring torment. Especially considering the majority of them will be back. Some will never see anywhere else for the rest of their lives. It makes me wonder what it means to learn.

  • Oh cry me a river. I could write a first class CIA torture book on sick and twisted solitary confinement and mental abuse used by corporate America. Unfortunatly it's so unbelievable I'd have to tone it down just so people could stomach it and not think I made it up.

  • Dwnlad this in awesome quality now just Search Google 'TheNewsBuzz"

  • his beard looks like pubes

  • @CheeseBrittle rofl

  • Being in solitary is a hopeless despair any sound or rattle u jump and hope some one will open your door u long for a breath of fresh air

  • You can't simply focus on the negatove effects of soiltary confinement on an imprisioned individual, you have to remember why they're there. they deserve it for murdering, molesting, raping, causing severe harm to others.

  • @ukrainianZAIKA they are still human and making them suffer for life is just plain inhumane...people like you would never know or understand...they need love and support...they need all the help they need which is why they are in there...plz find your heart if you can

  • @ukrainianZAIKA How is it that we determine what one deserves? You can't simply focus on what you believe the criminals deserve you have to contemplate the purpose of solitary in the first place and how effective it is at achieving that goal. Obviously prison as a whole fails to achieve it's goal in the majority of cases. Unless it is simply to cause suffering and produce "Hardened criminals"/repeat offenders.

  • @repatte i wasn’t targeting the prison or justice system, i was targeting the people who felt pity for the guys sitting in there. obviously we determine what one deserves when they commit a heinous enough crime, which is x amount of time in prison. which i agree is not something to move forward by.

  • @ukrainianZAIKA Fair enough.

  • dude it wouldn't bother me at all. A room like that would be a freakin mansion compared to where I live. Now if I can have my computer and any games I want I'd be totally fine.

  • If someone had a video of the crime he committed and the effects he had, or if someone said he killed a lil kid, would you feel sorry for him then??

  • I understand they are being punished but I don't see how we should put people in situations to make them that much more volatile. Someone needs to teach these men Zazen as a starting point to go into solitary. I guarantee they will come out changed once they have taught themselves to control the dark parts of their mind. Maybe never to be released into mainstream society again but they will have gone through a personal change. Come on Masons I am talking Philosopher gold here.

  • id much rather be in solitary than getting raped up the butt

  • They usually aren't in long-term solitary confinement UNLESS they are a continual threat to the other inmates, or for their own safety.

  • In my opinion some people commit crimes that are punnishable by death but for some reason they are kept alive. And the tax payers have to pay for it. So solitary confinement is not an issue to me. I would feel bad if they did not commit the crimes they were accused of though. Or if they were in solitary confinement over a minor offense.

  • fuck c.s.p n dem coward azz sadistic pigz!!!!! i wuz n dat piece of shit place 4 over 2 yearz.....fuck n pigz can eat a dick

  • If you search Michael Moore's interview on Norwegian society, it shows that they put the prisoners in this little village with huts instead of individual cells, and they still live a pretty normal life with jobs, social connections and whatnot.

  • i can stand being ALONE it has been 30 yrs.

  • i went crazy just watching them walk back and fourth. i could never imagine doing even a week of that.

  • they should be punished for what they have done but not this way

  • I think they should be locked down 24/7. No exercise for an hour. No TV or radio, etc. They are there to be punished and learn from their mistakes.

  • its sad to say that ppl in prison dont pay for what they have donne well i think some do i rather be dead and spend my life in prison

  • the idea of prison is rehabilitation and it seems to fail in almost every way. How does one figure out how to 'improve' one's self being and position in life when cut off from the world? Isn't the lack of knowledge in the first place the reason they stupidly robbed that convenience store and sold drugs? what was the other option in some of these cases to be homeless?

  • @RottenEggCreations i totally agree i have a family member in prison and i know when he comes out he will be worse than how he entered

  • the idea of prison is rehabilitation and it seems to fail in almost every way. How does one figure out how to 'improve' one's self being and position in life when cut off from the world? • Thats the American prison system for ya.

  • this was interesting. however ever since i was little i was neglected and always alone so now that i'm older i'm used to it...its like a part of my dna. i think if i ever was locked up for whatever reason, it won't be that bad. My mind and thoughts have always been my biggest forms of entertainment.

  • rofl i thought he said semen on the floor

  • 4th

  • i think solitary confinement for too long is unjust

  • @joyariffic i dont think is unust, i think is just fair because they deserve to suffer for what they have done!

  • @alfonsonequiz1 I agree, but some criminals are petty and dont deserve that, but get it because someone else gets them in trouble.

  • There's probably a reason their in there. I feel no compassion for these prisoners. They deserve it

  • @joyariffic These people killed, raped, or robbed at knife or gun point. What do you expect? Them to have a comedian to be with? Honestly, I would rather they be physically tortured and learn a real lesson.

  • wow, if i was in a cell, i'll have claustrophobia (i spelled it wrong w.e)

  • Prison is awful

  • @stuwiitube It supposed to be so you don't want to be back there...at least that's the theory

  • @stuwiitube so is the crime they did to get into prison.

  • @ev7000000 I know that but atleast someone should talk to them

  • @stuwiitube i disagree. they should spend time alone thinking and rethinking how and why they got into prison. They should take the time to see how and why things went wrong. Prison isn't a happy camp where you go and have fun. Its too keep dangerous low-life people separated from society where they can do no further damage than they already done.

  • @stuwiitube These people killed, raped, or robbed at knife or gun point. What do you expect? Them to have a comedian to be with? Honestly, I would rather they be physically tortured and learn a real lesso

  • @live2ride153 no, some are in for selling drugs and hitting a guard. they aren't murderers or rapists. Watch the whole video.

  • @ChannelingusXIV We know why they aren't in a special hospital, there's no money. Even the prison officials themselves say that prisons are becoming the dumping grounds for the mentally ill. They have said this for a long time. In my locality they went public and said the jail is now the place of last resort for the mentally ill. Have you been living in a cave?
