i hav heard ppl say the aleksandr romance had no chemistry or has not been well written but I think it was the most "magical" of Carrie's romances- in fact, I find Big and Carrie's romance so stunted compared to Aleksandr's ....he was the newest main character in the series but he absorbed his role so well...i dnt go for older men generally but i do love this guy...
