I am an Indian. It doesn't matter which religion I follow but I respect sikhism and sikhs to the core. I am a punjabi so I have a lot of sikh friends, these people are amazing. They are brave, respectful, cultural, intelligent, considerate. Sure you can find bad apples everywhere but my experience with sikhs is exceptional and I am proud that sikhs are an integral part of India. JO BOLE SO NIHAL SAT SRI AKAL.

They are brave, respectful, cultural, intelligent, considerate. @munny0051 The Ravan burning is more of a tradition, I doubt anyone has Ravan hate groups etc. bc he's been dead a long time ago lol. Whatever happened in Punjab and Delhi was absolutely horrible and I believe justice should be sought for everyone but I have a question for you. You talk about Harmandir Sahib being attacked etc. but why were those guys hiding in there in the first place? Out of respect for the temple they should have taken their political agendas elsewhere.

Guru granth sahib ji da sukh aasan te sukh nivaas akal takhth sahib vich hunda a...SGPC is political group which sits in office of harminder sahib and decides rahat mareyaada and punishes those who went against the preechings of Guru granth sahib ji. After they sits in akal takhth sahib and announces the person who is being punished in front of guru granth sahib ji, in order to live a sikh he have to listen

in order to live as a sikh, punisher have to compete his/her punishment and take an oath that they won't do it again. If they don't complete their punishment and don't take the oath they are kicked out of sikhi. This happens in akal takhth sahib...it's nt a political place..its place where guru's sikhs are punished when they go against rehat maryaada

@1SUPERGOGS You are so wrong. Bhindranwale believed that no person should cut their hair and also believed that schools should only be taught according to the Sikh religion. He was an extremist for sure. My family was in Punjab when his shit was going on and they said it was a scary time or sure. Bhindranwale's men would randomly ride on motorcycles and kill INNOCENT people. Thats not freedom fighting, thats terrorism. The Indian Government is corrupt but Bhindranwale is worse.

@1SUPERGOGS While I fully heartedly agree with you on every point you have stated,I have to call you out on one point.Sikhs are allowed to eat meat and it won't change who we are if we do.Guru Nanak himself said that it is permitted and Guru Gobind Singh Ji had to eat meat to survive during the war with the mughals and he would often go hunting so if we can't eat meat it would make them hypocrites(which I no they are absolutly not)
