Slow down the tapping, and try sliding the finger of your right hand up and back, like a tap slide. Even without a pitch shifter you might be able to get at least a decent harmony.

I agree with 2720, definitely Rammstein. You can hear Till's voice. Very distinct vocals and I doubt anyone would could even come close to mimicing him. Even the slides sound like Rammstein.
