Activist Judges a good thing? WTF I was under the impression that elected officals chosen by the people made the laws and that Judges ruled on laws not make laws as well. If there were no federal civil rights laws people of all races would be more free to associate freely than under the current system. Many north eastern states had no mandated segregation laws for decades before the Civil Rights act. Someone give this girl a civics course. And tell her to stop watching the Felon NBA.

Ron Reagan's popular support then and now are more a function of being in the right place at the right time and repeating rhetoric that sounded good and not due to his unsound monetary policy and covert dealings through Bush Senior's CIA that we are still feeling blowback from.
Ron Paul on the other hand is a different story, one I think most Americans could support through change, hard work and eventual prosperity...our republic did in 1787. Constitutionality is the key!!

If Roe v. Wade was overturned it would be fantastic day. Abortion would not be illegal. It would go back to each state (as in we the people) to vote on abortion laws. It would de-polarize our politics because abortion is such a polarizing issue. If it wasn't an issue for national politics, there would be no GOP majority.

She says judges, not Legislators should make laws and judges instigated civil rights reform. Actually in Dred Scott, the supreme court overturned state laws baring slavery. "Roe V Wade" is not a law, it's an activist court decision... a decree. I'm pro-choice and I'd still like to see Roe overturned. I'm tired of this issue being at the forefront of our national debate. Overturn this stupid decision and return the law-making authority to the states, as the 10th Amendment prescribes.
