Fact is that he uses testoserone for a medical condition, which he told the commision about but missed on a form he was supposed to fill out. He also told the commission last year that he was on testosterone for medical reasons last year and they okayed it.
He's been banned for basically an error in filling out a form. He did not use steroids so stop using that as your argument
