Having some trouble getting this or the ESM Bf-109 here in Canada. Box id too big to ship from the US. This plane looks great and flies well too. Where is the CG on yours? I think a lot of builders set it farther forward than in the instructions. Well piloted too. Congratulations!! Thanks for posting.
Couple more things...how do you repair the covering and what is the flying weight? BTW, your camera guy is really good. Very steady filming. Does he have a tripod or hand-held?
Nicest video I've seen on this plane...color shows well, nice even flying sequences. No drop tank (no big deal) but how about the exhaust stacks (you're right they're too big) or the supercharger (think its too small).
Good flying and filming....
BTW anyone know if this aircraft's markings are authentic or even close to one that is?
Mine was 269.00 for air frame, about 250.00 for an OS 1.6 FX, another 220.00 for shindin retracts. Dave Platt spinner 60.00 2.4 receiver about 100.00 and so on
The retracts are century jets they were not the best Ive seen, but I'm not going to lie about the Quality...... there were the first and defiantly the last thing i will order from Century jets i had to open them up and reshape the locking mechanism it was not well made.
I'm starting on one of these kits as well. Is it the CMP version? Are you on any of the rc forum? I would like to see how your did your gear conversions and what kind of retracts you used. The stock placement looks so dumb, and non-scale!!
No its not the original retracts, the kit only comes with fixed and they are completely wrong in every way too short, wheels are far to small and to far back so it will nose over on taxi, you must study the really life size one if you want it right.
can you tell me how much wats your pulling with the setup and what kind of kv have your motor and what kind of speed control your using for this plane and how big are the 8cell batterys i have one of those planes waiting for me to build and im still looking for the best electric setup thank you please write back

Very nice model. Really amazing. Ijust have some questions:
1. Where did u get it?
2.How much was it?
3.What scale is it?
4.is there an age limit?
5.How long is it able to stay in the air?
