You are the expert here, but cant you have them, just you cannot use them on a highway/road/street? Like, for a show car, and you can sit in your driveway and light it up?
Although rather pointless for an everyday vehicle, that was my understanding..?

Too bad the Ridgeline doesn't have a high-power engine meant for pursuits. It could make a great SWAT support vehicle.
