Uwe boll makes movies that are DESIGNED TO FAIL. There are laws in Germany which grant german investors a tax break on their investments if the money invested in the movie is a big fat flop, which is beter for them than turning a profit and paying taxes. Thats why since 1995 the world was blessed with a pletora of movies that are just plain bad. Part of it is still talentfree directors and writers of course.
