How to make an Impossible Pie ! My first cooking tutorial too!

Did you not know that this pie is mixed all together at the same time..........everything into the mixer at once.......except the coconut............that is added after..............that is why it is called impossible pie.....its so liquid you "can't believe its going to bake" into a pie. Wonderful recipe! thank you!

Yes my husband did enjoy it Suzie.He had the Bread and Butter pudding I made too,he likes me doing these cooking tutorials.Most of the things I bake though I don't eat as there are so many foods I don't like ! Nat xxxx

Try it Kira.I am not really a pudding type person at all,I can only eat some cakes and thats about it as I hate egg custard type things or cream etc...so hate pies,gateaus etc... so I just tend to stick to certain cakes or icecream I am much happier with that ! xxxx

Wow! The Impossible Pie has been around for Years! My sister use to make this in the 80's! Back then all ingredients were blended in a Blender! Love it!

Has it? Well I am behind then as I have never ever heard of it !!! Glad you liked the tutorial,I only tasted the topping as I don't like desserts like these.The topping was nice and my Husband said the rest was nice so it turned out well. Natalie x
