  • A full metal D.N.A. that produces K.I.A.'s

  • Can I use this for a movie

  • how did you texture those bullets?

  • @ryanjohnsond I used a built-in standard reflective textures without raytracing. It's just an environment map with barely any shading, designed to simulate a mirrored surface without the computational expense of ray-tracing.

  • @bryceguy72 Thanks bryceguy72 for responding. I don't think Maya has a standard reflective map set to chrome or copper like Max (other one i used). Did you use Bryce?

  • @ryanjohnsond Sure, no prob. Nope, no Bryce, just 3D Studio Max 2011. I don't think Bryce is capable of environment maps, only true ray-traced reflections.

  • looks like it should be in a Bond opening with something pretty behind it...

  • that's my DNA

  • @XDoughnutzX lol. bullet run in his blood! n1

  • i got a boner

  • Make a tutorial, how WE(the dumb asses who can't do it) can do it :D :)

  • i use theese instead of belt form my throusars :D

  • u used lathe mofifier to model the bullets, right?

  • @alextheheck Yep

  • cool, If you use path-deform you can have the bullet follow like a chain like motion to the machine gun

  • the DNA of a gun!

  • next time make them fire out a gun.

  • american DNA... xD

  • @knutkleven lol thats good i know my dna is part bullets and part metal like the terminator !!!!

  • @knutkleven you mean russian

  • @Tutu0alex I don't mean to get technical, but the Russians don't use 5.56x45mm NATO, which is what is shown in this video. They use a cartridge that is very similar though: 5.45x39mm.

  • @Tutu0alex i am sure it was meant as a joke about the american gun policy, atleast thats what iam thinking

  • @Tutu0alex nope... American [:

  • @knutkleven If that is American DNA, which is the 5.56x45mm bullet, then the russians have better DNA, which is 7.62x56mm. You burnt yourself.

  • @knutkleven Make it Russian DNA :D

  • @inyourfaacee hahaha NO!
