This is a good training drill :) Vunak is a genius in JKD - 1 of Guru Inosanto's top instructors! In a ground game for real-sudden strikes can happen and end it quick! Great vid :) :)
The first 2 guys to fight. Well the guy in the guy on bottoms guard could have head butted him, and when he stood him up that easily could have been a slam, im sure there just practicing their jj though, but in a real street fight im pounding your face in if you try to get me in an arm bar. My sources. MMA 2 years. Boxing 5 years. Street Fights, only on ocasion lol
They look like monkeys. Bjj is the best ground system, but in a street fight you cant be on the ground that long. This is sport bjj. This means that alot of the techniques are useless. You have to expect kicks, hits and dirty tricks like headtbutts etc.
Mr harris is a bjj black belt and very amazing in all areas.
