@GroundZeroMosque *facepalm* first of all I said it may be the case that it was called Israel back then but the old Israel IS Palestine! the new Israel is a state formed from mass immigrations of Jews from all over the world the majority of whom have never been there and probably neither have their ancestors . Today's Israel is not the Bible's Israel at all. Israeli citizens aren't the original owners, they vast majority of them are Jewish immigrants from all over the world. In the first Zionist convention, Palestine was but one of many options for the Jewish homeland, including Portugal for example... look it up.

It's about what's fair and what's right.
