Makes sense to stay off the drains first pass, then you can crab them instead of hop them on the next pass.....hard to stay with the line that far of the white line unless you use a guide bar...
each have their own methods but on a straight road like this there's nothing to manouver round, so i'd opt for this method then it's a far simpler cut down the right hand side tilting over the drains.
i agree but the tools on the side off the drum wear like hell,and for the machine its verry hard too cut like this because of no free space for the drum to manouver in
When your cutting deep(looks to be about 200 mm)and there are drains along the side, it pays to do a cut past them all first. Saves the man walking alongside a hell of alot a work.
