I believe the creator called herself "Kestrel." A long time before online communities were everywhere, Kestrel had an AMV website (quite a few of them were Utena fanvids.) And this VHD vid was one of her creations. I actually have the music video she put on the website (she let visitors download her videos in Real Player format.) I'm really thankful someone uploaded it on YouTube, but FYI, the timing of the song is really off, by almost 5 seconds, LOL. But it's still one of the BEST AMVs.
