really like the recipe, but i noticed that the shrimp didn't get a nice golden brown color...probably from overcrowding the shrimp in the pan which brings down the temperature. but overall looked delicious.
I thought quinoa was supposed to be thoroughly rinsed with water first, in order to remove the outer, bitter tasting coating (for lack of a better word)??? Isn't that correct? Could have sworn it was.
