The documentary highlighted how badly we treat our older people here in the UK and how much older people have to say and contribute given half the chance. Zimmers for number 1 and lets hope that soon UK older people will have the same rights under the Human Rights Act as our prisioners! :)

Very poignant words from the poor lady who unfortunately fell down on the floor and said "this is reality" Although diagnosed with dementia and frail she said this with dignity. As a non believer in religion I try to come to terms with reality. Its hard going. I've just watched the programme and it made me ashamed that we treat our older people in this way but the programme also made me laugh! I've just tried to buy the single from Amazon and there is a 5 to 9 day wait for it which must mean its selling like hot cakes! I also just have to say that it is my 2 year old nephews favourite song at the moment. He dances round the room every time he here's it. So good luck and lets hope for a number 1.

Hi all, I play table tennis on a |Monday afternoon in our local community centre - on e of our ladies is 84 this year and another is 79, I am just a baby at 52 - they are so nimble and fit for the first half an hour - I can only beat them when they start to lose stamina!
