I wish someone would please tell me how a military action authorized by congress, based on Iraq's violations of the terms of the previous cease fire qualifies as Illegal.
The US was not bound by any international law or treaty in this case. Whether or not you supported the war in Iraq, calling it illegal is NOT a valid argument.
