Yes, Sulfur Hexafluoride is a very dense gas. About 6 times more dense than normal air. Because of this, if you inhale too much of it; or even a little bit, you have the probability of suffocating. It basically sits at the bottom of your lungs.

Helium on the other hand is not so dangerous, sense it is 6 times less dense than normal air. So it can escape the lungs a lot easier than Sulfur Hexafluoride. But remember, too much S.HF, then you will have no room in your lungs for air.
