@pianomags well if by melisma you mean the opposite of syllabism, then i can't see where your problem is. The vowel given is "a", the most melodic and "comfortable" one, so maybe you have trouble with the coloraturas? When it comes to the agility, it is all a question of diaphragm. Even though each singer sort of has his/her own technique for agility coloraturas, if you shift through notes with slight "pushes" with due practice u will make it...also, try speaking with your teacher/tutor.
