No tutorial can help you learn a song. Anyone that wants to learn to play the damn piano stop being lazy and get an instructor or pick up a lesson book. This song gives me hell, too, but I'm telling you, learn to play on your OWN cause someone else can't help you, if you don't even have basic skills. Don't sell yourself short.

There's no point in saying that, no one is going to learn with other peoples advice, especially from the internet. It's their choice if they just want to learn how to play songs the like for fun or learn the advancements of piano. No offense to you because I think you're 100% correct.

I agree that it's best to learn on your own or from a live instructor, but it can be helpful to see close-ups of hand positions used in a song when you're trying to learn it and already have the basic level of skill required for the arrangement. In that sense, internet tutorials can be helpful, but only when they're made "properly" (read: as I've described.)

you actually did an awesome job. i think it's easiest to play percussion, especially since all we have to do is hit keys.

but you speed up and slow down. now, i've heard the song, and that's not what it does. also, i have the sheet music right in front of me. unfortunately, it doesn't include dynamics or speed. if yours was like mine, and you're doing some improv, it's not necessary to slow down so much, except for the end of a phrase or at the end. if that's what it tells you to do, i'm sorry.

Yeah, same. I just memorise where my fingers go and stuff. It's better for improvisation but takes way longer to learn a piece that IS written.

I noticed when you played the notes, you played most of them as quarter notes (especially the left hand). You might want to try the song without the pedal and see what I mean, because not all of them are quarter notes (I did the same thing as you did with this song).But I do play Bratja with the pedal normally.

Just watched the other video where you play that NGE's song and now this. I am one of those who do not play any instrument, so I always feel like I'm watching a magic show when I see someone producing a real music using piano or guitar etc. I kept listening to the songs (which I liked very much!) and kept also looking into your hands - how they moved over the keyboard so easily.
