This is so cool! I'll need to make a video about my goal. My goal is to exercise everyday, though right now that goal has been handicapped by my foot muscle getting sprained. But that doesn't mean I can't work out the rest of my body!
Great video! You've beaten me to the vlogging punch, haha! My goals are to exercise more (take my dog on more walks!) and practice meditation. I also want to be more mindful of what I eat, and not eat my meals so fast!
