he hoops I use really vary. They tend to be a little bigger than average. 2 are 38", my LED hoop is 37" I have a mini body hoop that is 27", my doubles are 33" and I have a hoop given to me by Khan and it's (I think) 35" maybe 36". In the video above I use one of my 38". It's the lighter one of the two...I think it is 150 psi...pretty soft tubing. I like the larger ones for slow hooping b/c it accentuates my body movement for a more dramatic/dancey affect.

Chest hooping is definitely one of the more difficult things to master. I try and make the most exaggerated slouching and 'standing up straight' motions. It's all about bending your back front to back. Hope that helps/makes sense
