Is there any way that we can find out what states have actually voted FOR this? That is the main thing we need to look at as well as OH. We need to push to resend their votes, no matter how long ago it happened for each state.

I called my house rep right when I found out about this but I got the "I've not heard of anything about that.". I told him that literally EVERYONE I know would be STRONGLY opposed to him taking any part in this and he said "Understandably so!".

thanks heather for the info & #'s. Great video. I also heard there were like 4 states that have rescinded their previous calls for ConCon but they would consider them valid anyway once the 34th state moves for it...

I think people are getting worried over nothing. People keep saying only 2 more states? Which two? Many states have said no thanks and I dont think any State Legislators in their right mind would want to be involved in such a massive cluster f(@K with all the problems States are having with budgets at the moment. Thus far the only source Ive seen to back this panic up is on a blog or two. I dont know that I consider blogs wonderful sources of info?

2BeExposed2, You could be right but I put a link on to the right just now from the Daily Harold about it. That is more of a mainstream blog outlet. I will look up the state that have called for the con con and the states that have rescind them as well as the states that have not and I will post a video about it.

I don't get it...I just read the bill. Everything they're wanting to amend, are things ALREADY in the constitution. I don't get it. Maybe it's a reinforcement since it hasn't been followed. If they lay out the amendments, such as this bill had, is it possible that limits what they are able to do at the convention? Everything I've heard says that if the convention is called, then they do what they want, but that can't be right.

yeah once the con-con is called, there is no way to control WHAT the discussion will actually be. That is what is dangerous. Imagine Obama, Pelosi, Reid, et al in a closed door session going hog wild to shred the Constitution...makes me shudder to even think about it.

They can't shred the Constitution in private, because nothing they do goes into effect without 38 states ratifying the amendments after the fact. Even if they try to destroy the Constitution, 13 states are sufficient to save it.
