There are a lot of stories about what a monster Bette can be, like in the way that Streisand is a monster, like the trite but true stereotype of a superstar who was ugly and picked on all throughout her childhood. A friend of mine used to cut Bette's daughter's hair many years ago; Bette once brought two nannies for her daughter and she addressed the nannies as "Nanny #1" and "Nanny #2". Seriously.

With all the gay men around Kathy Griffin, why, oh why, can't someone tell her to grow out her bangs and to not cut them so bluntly, which looks terrible, AND to either find hair extensions that match her own hair color, and which are not freakishly long and bushy cloaking her neck, or, better yet, to not use hair extensions at all, AND, thirdly, to not puff her hair out away from the area in front of her ears where her bad facelift is so evident. I do like her, but her hair is gosh awful.
