Thats my dream fourbie mate, nice work. I have a 77 LTD Silver Monarch in my shed that im going to take the 351 clevo and FMX trans out of for the FJ. Inspiring video...are you a panel beater by trade?
im impressed,, ive got an fj45 1981 with only 150,000 on the clock, its got one spot of rust on the roof corner and now youve inspired me to get of my arse and start the overhaul!
it just had surface rust on it so all i need to do was put a wire brush wheel on the angel grinder which strips the paint as well as the rust and then used a strip it disc on the angel grinder to get rid of any more rust and it cleans up the metal to help the paint stick, and used rust converter. 0.57 to 1.23
