This looked and sounded very good, therefore I decided I'd give it a go!

-I used 12 grain wheat bread (healthier and only bread we have)

-Then I buttered both sides of both pieces of bread to give it a crispy taste in the oven with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray butter

-I then added some diced tomatoes atop of Cheddar Jack cheese (what we have)

-After that I decided to use ground pepper to keep the sodium down and some ground peppers like you added.

Very good, pretty darn filling!

I don't think its sounds very healthy... All the saturated fat in the cheese, bread is pure carbs, and a lot of salt is bad for blood pressure. Sounds tasty though and you people are such cute brothers!
