Cant believe all you guys, as a Hulk movie this failed. TIH was in my eyes, the perfect Hulk movie. Had the right balance of emotion, drama and smashing.
@bewaretheconficker The incredible Hulk was more action packed. Ang Lee did a better job on his movie with the feelings, drama and what I love about that movie is that we can see the mind ofBruce Banner and there was a reason why he turned into the monsterlike creature.
What Ang Lees movie failed in was the CGI. Sometimes I want to stop watching, but one must remenber, CGI doesnt make the story, only helps. Its like theater, they can't use CGI just some symbolic effects as long we get the story
Ofc. it was the best, the second one from 2008 "The incredible hulk" isn't so good as the previous first film, which for me have better acting, music stile(we all must be thankfull of Danny Elfman, a really great composer) and story :]].
Man I remember when I was younger me and my bro would tear crap apart trying to be like hulk we idolized him and still pretty much do ,but wow excellent movie!
@anakin66 Agreed, Hulk was based from the comics, and was suppose to have the viewers understand his story before developing the sequel. Sadly, it was underrated and the sequel was canceled.
The Incredible Hulk is based from the television show and as we all know it, everyone watches TV. So they understood it more, and liked it because well, it had a bad guy in it.
Both were really great, but I guess I prefer '03 more because of the story. It was so much more emotional than '08.
This movie was one of my favorites growing up, it may seem weird for a girl to like this kind of thing, but I was obsessed with Spiderman, Hulk, and Superman, listening to this really brings back alot of memories ^^
@TheWirelessDood MAn I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought that.. Music can really help shape a film and Danny Elfman's Soundtrack destroyed the Bixby Hulk-inspired @00b movie's...
Both films were amazing. The first one explained so much & had little action. While the Requel had more action & little background info. Either way I love em both. Though this one has a better score (Danny Elfman did it. No wonder I love it).
I thought I was the only who like this music....:> Can someone please post up the ending of this movie starting from when he was saying "u wouldnt like me when im angry," till the end of all the credits...? thanks....
In my opinion, X-Men 2 is the best Marvel movie followed closely by X-Men, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2 and Iron Man.
Its unfortunate that Daredevil and Hulk are so under appreciated. I quite liked Daredevil for its performances, and sticking to the comics.
Its a shame X-Men 3, Elecktra and Ghost Rider were bad. Fantastic Four movies were okay, but were made for the 'Family' genre. The Incredible Hulk was also a good movie.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine deserves better praise, but wasnt great.
The 2003 was a bit too pretentious and certainly wasn't 'fun' enough, but it had far more raw emotion to it than its recent successor. In Ang Lee's version, you could really taste Banner's anger and you wanted to BE the Hulk. Elfman's music only encouraged this emotion. In the recent version, the music was left over from a clichéd action movie, and there was little or no emotion from Banner.
You don't know that. Just because it didn't gruesomely show someone's parts all over the place in the movie doesn't mean he didn't kill a lot of fuckers.
Actually I do know that because I saw the movie. Did you see him hurt anyone? I remember seeing him beat up a tank but I also remember seeing someone come out of the take all fine and dandy. I remember seeing him running away from people but never grabbing anyone and throwing anyone in his way. People don't want to see girly Hulk they want to see the crazy destructive Hulk. This Hulk was terrible and boring and the ending with the Big Bubble was just nonsense.
No, you don't. The massive destruction he caused in the base and on the street in the city would have had casualties, lethal ones, to be sure. No doubt they wanted to keep the gore value down, and the rating of the movie PG-13. They did gore it up in the Hulk dog scene, but I guess that wasn't enough to satisfy your bloodlust.
And thats why most people hated the movie. It long and boring and nobody cares about the Hulk fighting mutated dogs. He was too big to be the Hulk and there was no real force of destruction yeah something here in there blew up but you never saw anyone get hurt. Plus PG-13 doesn't mean shit have you ever seen Live Free or Die Hard?
I know what you're talking about. Yeah, when the guy fell into the grinders. They didn't explicitly make it as gored up as possible though. You want ground up people? Get those shitty Saw movies.
If you read the comics as well, you would have noticed that the Savage Hulk, the one depicted in the movie, gets larger the angrier he becomes, and therefore stronger. If you wanted him to be more destructive, you should have bought the games.
Nothing wrong with that, but who ever said you can't have fun with a movie. Your turning down a lot of fun movies if you're only subjecting yourself to only those types.
Not at all. I'm all for fun movies, if they're done tastefully and cleverly. Iron Man was sub-par, but it was a good example of how this could be improved upon. The humor was good, but the story was shaky.
00:32 . I'm flying to Zeus with Thor. ^^

What is it ? What is in that room ?
Bruce what happend in that room ?
It's nothing
Let me see
( Opens door

The drama part about him knowing his mother getting killed that night by his dad in that room makes the song so brutal .
