  • Chuck Norris must have touched that very tree...

  • And my luck, it snaps. I'm just kidding, trees are what i've been conditioning on for months now.

  • Always keep your shoulders in "locked" position to avoid possible shoulder injury in the future (muscle contraction will help you put out some stress from shoulder joint). Train safe, stay motivated and keep up the good work ;)

  • I think only even a fit person could do the beginner stuff

  • You doin one arms pull ups yet?

  • go to apex movement u will never regret it except if its ur first time .

warning u will be sore after ur firdt class

  • Nice vid mate. love that people are playing Football (soccer) behind you

  • Insanely cool~

  • Were you a gymnast? If you were, this video would make more sense......good job! Haha......

  • @JoeThePotato1 No, just parkour for 8 yrs.

  • what proved to me that you're legit is what you did at 3:34. because anyone who has worked out with pullup bars to do various workouts knows that that move takes a ton of core strength.

  • Very good video! And very good tree. Hehe! Thanks for posting :)

  • Haha my friend tried doing pull-ups on a branch and it broke and he fell on his back. It was hilarious lol

  • awesome Ideas Ryan! I'll have to use some of these!

  • Go do ninja warrior!

  • I was waiting for the branch to snap at first but... Muscle ups? On a tree!? Dude, EPIC!!!!!

  • You are nuts! In a good way. ;)

  • Fake !!!!! Total photoshop

  • Its superman!!!

  • Really cool

  • prepare for blisters!

  • What a strength !!!

  • I love the idea of using your own backyard as equipment!

  • Some of those did not look to healthy

  • Wow your amazing ! I kind of thought the tree branch was going to SNAP. Was this filmed in Colorado ?

  • @jenniferelease Yes, Boulder.

  • WHERE DO YOU LIVE !?!??!?!!

  • @ThePistolero909 Colorado!

  • @DemonDrills its beautiful

  • looks like a bar taining

  • where's that level 3 climb up!? :D

  • Great Video!

  • Anybody know what shoes he was using.

  • @passwordi1oo Aqua Lites by Vivo Barefoot. I recommend everyone stop using traditional running shoes for parkour and move toward minimalistic shoes or barefoot shoes. You have to make the transition slowly but in the long run, it will keep you stronger, safer, and improve your technique.

  • @DemonDrills Vibram FiveFingers are phenomenal. Highly recommend.

  • @MaximumZorbtion I've actually got a few really good reasons to avoid Vibram Fivefingers. Message me if you want to know more.

  • Awesome

  • Haha, I love the burpee-pullup idea, what a killer!

    Great ideas yet again, Ryan.

  • Those shoes are so awesome !

  • @AlejoGuitarRocker Aqua Lites by Vivo Barefoot. I recommend everyone stop using traditional running shoes for parkour and move toward minimalistic shoes or barefoot shoes. You have to make the transition slowly but in the long run, it will keep you stronger, safer, and improve your technique.

  • @DemonDrills Thank you I will check them out I currently use Minimus by New Balance but I don''t find the grip to be appropriate for all situations any recommendations ?

  • I should remix this with softer music and name it tree sex

  • what do you edit your videos with?

  • @freerunOz He uses final cut express.

  • thankyou so much i love this kind of stuff you can do it anywhere plzzzzz do more of these

  • Is that in America? For some reason that looks like Italy or France to me. I think it might be the mountains and style of the buildings. You have a very beautiful place to train! Great video, i will be using some of these exercises when i find a tree with low enough branches! :D

  • @InsaneLukas2 This video was filmed in Boulder, CO, USA.

  • Great! And I love the song!

  • i was silenly hoping the branch would break

  • anyone know the song?

  • @jjaycallejas Check video description.

  • you live in a beatiful place. :)

  • Awesome stuff, Ryan! I do a lot of those movements on the pullup bar. I'm afraid I'd snap that poor branch ;-)

    --Casey

  • @ShotScience Haha yeah, a pull up bar would be ideal. A lot of people tell me they don't have access to one though so a tree branch is a common substitute. If you find the right size branch, it should be strong enough for just about anyone.

  • good way of defeating functional fixedness

  • @Murphator I love this concept. Thanks!

  • you make it look waaaay too easy

  • Beautiful background with the mountains. Not to mention perfect choice of music. Great vid Ryan!

  • watching ur workouts makes me sore

  • where i am from the trees are tall and the branches are unreachable ...

I can't find a suitable tree to these exercises !

  • @nizam31014 Maybe you can find some playground bars or scaffolding instead?
