okk well it might take a while to explain,

george & izzie = over completely, they barely talk anymore T.R Knight/George is rarely in gryes that much anymore

alex & izzie - together and happy and in love and they got married!

meredith & derek= together and happy and married sorta they gave their wedding to alex and izzie and wrote vows to eachother on paper.

callie & arizona = together

lexie & mark - together and in love
