@fowlskins It's too offbeat for Americans. We got the first season on DVD over here and there hasn't been enough demand for season 2 to come out on region 1. So I had to buy a region-free DVD player, but at least I won't see an Americanized version anytime soon...

@Misishaxi In fairness, there are a lot more Americans, so more viewers and more fame is unavoidable unless it's a total flop. Can't understand why they go on about the US version of The Office though -- it's cute, but nowhere near as funny or clever as the original UK run.
