  • UK politics is brutal compared to this.

  • Sir, you just make to much sense. I just could not vote for you.

    Signed, America

  • How refreshing, an American program, that's both long, intelligent, and polite. It's almost like watching a uk program. The person is allowed to answer sensible questions by sensible people, who are allowed to make there own mind up about the answers.

    There's hope for us all.

  • Given the choice to steal one thing from the US, i'd take Ron Paul (But i think id have a massive fight on my hands there :D)

  • it was nice to get a personal story of him at the end. i'm so used to hearing him talk about monetary and foreign policy in every interview!

  • I agree. He is so intent and passionate about speaking the truth directly that I think he needs to remember that Americans are swayed just as much if not more by emotion. i think a lot of people vote based upon someones character (or assumed character) as much as the issues (as wrong as that is).

  • i wonder how how he would deal with how water is treated....

  • But as he correctly states, one's own freedom stops where it cuts freedom of someone else, and so energy consumption and environmental pollution cannot be left to the market to self-regulate because the domestic market isn't interested in the well-being of the international community who is suffering from global warming.

  • Watch free market environmentalism excellent explanation of this issue.

  • Working part 6:

    youtube . com/watch?v=Gus7e4xTbes

  • Hmm... why can't I get this video to load? Part 1-5 worked just fine :(

  • YouTube is probably blocking it from loading.

    It's called censorship.

  • bring market failures, get rid of government failures. Short term repressions are better than long term chaos (i.e. communism).

Even the depression, a large ecconomic recession, was lengthened largely due to government intervention. Something you don't hear every day; but look at the history of governement intervention associated with American (and world) ecconomics. Look at Hong Kong.

  • ^^;; I finally got through all of the videos. I agree with your views completely. There were a few points that I had to take a second look at, and when I did, I saw that the context you put your views in were different than I originally thought. Very amazing :D

  • Thank You New Hampshire.

    Thank You Ron Paul!

    Live Free or Die!

  • finally, some good in depth tv coverage of ron paul. every states local channels should be doing the same thing.this is our countrys' future for gods sake. we need to be able to look at all the candidates fairly this way. the last debate was completely unfair, ron paul got 6 minutes to talk and shmucks like giuliani got about 17. great video voteforfreedom thanks for putting it up. and thak you new hampshire for a good interview

  • Check out the recent 5 part video series by Future Freedom F a really great series from June 3rd, 2007 See youtube watch?v=-SXAwDYfOzw

  • I really enjoy hearing his approach to free market. But wouldn't an excessively free market bring market failures amongst other things?

  • Maybe but I'd take free market over the bureaucracies. And I do like his example about technologies, and the prices not going up because of free market. It's also going to happen with cable, we'll buy what we want to see and that will change things too maybe.

  • ..friends with Dennis Kucinich, that's pretty cool. They clearly have some disagreements though especially on gun control. I'd vote Kucinich if I had to vote democrat. Mike Gravel is a decent candidate too but I find him divisive and too socialist.

  • Kucinich is also my favorite Democratic candidate.

I woulndn't say Gravel is too socialist; he wants to get rid of the IRS in favor of FairTax.

  • I saw Kucinich in the New Hampshire debate and have to conclude he is by far the most socialist of any candidate I've heard in a long time. Gravel less so, for the reasons randomdude90 pointed to. JMHO

  • Paul and Kucinich both have in common that they would end corporate welfare however. An example would be health care. Where Paul would leave it entirely up to the free market with some initial price caps, Kucinich would have the government work with the free market. Both solutions get rid of price gouging by pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Both display honesty not seen in the front runners.
