@KerryEllisRocks1 She was still in Wicked at that time, and it was at the wrong time (she was about to go through her vocal changes/issues and move to Broadway). Had that concert been decided to be staged now, with the same people, I would only imagine they'd like to put Kerry in Florence. The feasibility that someone could do Wicked and do that concert and not die as Florence and Elphaba was probably slim to none.

Absolutely... I have the concert on DVD and the moment she steps on the stage, Idina kind of fates into the background. Don't misunderstand me I think Idina is great however the part of Florence was not her role.
