  • Actually Ive been dealing with a nagging foot injury, so I havent been doing plyos or jumping at all, but usually it would be twice a week. Ill get that sretching video up

  • Daniel you know the guy thats 6"3 that your training and he gained 3 inches in 3 weeks are all the things your doing to train him are they on your jumptrainers vertical jump program? and if so which one is it?

  • It originally was going to be Beginner B but I had to adjust things for him. He was too inflexible to be doing some of the stuff, so his exact program isnt on there no

  • I'll do that, but its gotta be done right. I'll need videos of you doing stuff so I can accurately evaluate you. Then I'll be giving you a lot of instruction, and you gotta do everything I say and do it right. No messin around. If you really want to commit then yeah lets do it
