its the paramedics should have tried harder to get to him,,but the family should have tried as well. If it were someone in my family I would have at least tried to get him into a car and make it to where the paramedics were. I blame both in this situation

It was a medical emergency, how can you rely on 911 for anything if they cant even find a way through some damn snow to help someone in a medical emergency?! Getting raped? Have a bullet wound? House on fire? Oh well, guess we're all on hour own (SOL)! He should have at least been taken to the hospital by someone else if not EMS though!
