on the disc 2 it has a great version of valleys of neptune, I think there's no another version like that, and the whole second part of that album is just great with awsome versions of drifting, sending my love to linda and others.
wow, thanx transtremm yer like my new hero fer a few days, this is like my fav song and its so rare ther is no tab on it, yer lesson is very helpful, a vid of the full 28 min version wud be kik ass!
It's a custom I put together using the deluxe player's Start as a base. Starting from the top: - Tom Delonge Fender neck (Japan) - sperzel locking tuners - graphite nut - Fender deluxe player's strat body - Noiseless Fender pickups (single coil) - Pickboy pick holder - EMG afterburner booster - vintage style Fender tremolo - Player's strat 7 position toggle - Custom art work neck plate - One master volume knob - One master tone knob - One afterburner boost knob
i can't beleive this is the only guitar tutorial video you've made. you're a good teacher. if you're planning to teach any other songs, i suggest hear my train comin' acoustic version.
this is really great man. you explain it very well =D i knew how to play this a while ago, then forgot and your video is great dude. you should make more! rock on bro, you play well =D
I'm using 2 fingers; my 1st finger on the 8th fret, my 2nd finger on the 10th. Keep both hands real loose, this will help you get the sound and feel your looking for. Also, check out Jimi's playing in, "Message of Love" just before the lyrics, "...well I am what I am thank god..." he plays the same licks.
I like this piece a lot. I'm having trouble holding down the add-on notes at the tenth fret, and I'm not sure whether you're using two fingers or not. Any tips?
I just googled "how to play like jimi", and google instantly knew what i was talking about
