It is not helpful to refer to registered nurses as angels.
The nurse researchers depicted above are helping to develop a knowledge base for nursing practice. Calling nurses "angels" undermines this critical work by making it sound sentimental or trivial. Would you call medical researchers angels???
As a nursing student who will be graduating this April, it is refreshing to see a video like this that showcases the diversity found in the nursing profession.
I'm so excited to begin my career as a nurse, i will be walking the stage Jan 15, 2011..

We have a several nurses in our family. Our Nana Gladys was a hospital volunteer for years.
